How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days (Sunglasses) or 10 business days (Rx), please let us know by emailing info@barriquedesign.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

 

What is Barrique Design return/exchange policy?

We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange them.

Here's what you should know:

Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be postmarked for return within 30 days of the original delivery to you.  
What is Barrique Design warranty policy?

We stand by the quality of our products. All Barrique Design watches and  eyewear sunglass and RX frames are warranted against manufacturing defects for a full year. Apparel, accessories, and other non-eyewear goods are not covered by the warranty.  If you have any issues, please fill out our warranty form and our customer service team will respond to your request as soon as possible.

 

Can I visit your shop?
We do not currently offer shop visits, however we are extremely thankful for your interest in our company.
